Float Direct Support Professional - Rochester, MN

Cardinal of Minnesota, Ltd. is seeking a self-driven, flexible, full-time benefit eligible Float DSP to complement our Rochester team! In keeping with our mission to provide a safe, happy, healthy living environment for our clients, Cardinal provides residential and support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are looking for a reliable individual to ensure that the daily needs of our clients are met through teaching, coaching, advising, and providing a positive role model in a manner which enables the greatest degree of independence possible in their activities of daily living. This is a non-exempt, full time benefit eligible position that provides Day and/or PM shift float support to residential programs in the Rochester, MN. and surrounding area and has a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.
