Cardinal of Minnesota, Ltd. is currently seeking an enthusiastic, organized, full-time Recruitment Coordinator to play an integral role within the Human Resources Department! The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Residential Supervisors to define scheduling needs and plan the hiring process
  • Leverage social media, job boards, resume databases, industry relationships, referrals, and community involvement to identify top candidates
  • Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls and live interviews) and onboarding process
  • Conduct background and motor vehicle checks
  • Promote Cardinal of Minnesota's mission and strong reputation as a Top 150 Workplaces via internal and external recruitment campaigns
  • Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates
  • Support the HR Team as directed
